Riccardo concentrates his practice on corporate and commercial non-contentious matters, with a specific focus on M&A deals (both domestic and cross-border), including disposals and acquisitions of assets and shares, joint ventures and other corporate transactions. He has gained significant transactional experience in the energy and infrastructure industries that includes advising a wide range of clients, from industrial players to equity investors and project developers, in structuring and negotiating M&A transactions and the development of renewable energy projects.
