Noemi is currently training as a lawyer, focusing on transactions in the renewable energy sector. Dividing her practice between the Project Contracts and the M&A team, she deals with drafting and negotiation of legal documentation concerning project contract agreements and share purchase agreements. She is also involved in the due diligence of corporate transactions and conducts legal research.
