Michela deals with transactions in the renewable energy sector with a particular focus on corporate M&A profiles and on the drafting of plant construction and management contracts and, more generally, project contracts, providing assistance to Italian and foreign companies, banking institutions and investment funds on development, corporate transactions and financing related to energy projects.
She conducts research and participates in due diligence activities and drafting of industry contracts, providing assistance throughout the project activities up to the conduct of closing and post-closing activities.
