Giulia mainly assists foreign and Italian clients in relation to the development of renewable energy projects in Italy, focusing on authorization and connection procedures, on the access to incentives as well as on the construction and operation of renewable energy plants.
Giulia provides her legal assistance by drafting due diligences reports and legal opinions related to permits, connection and real estate matters for the development and sale and acquisition of renewable energy plants. She also advises the clients during the negotiation concerning the drafting of sale and purchase and development agreements.
She is an administrative lawyer, admitted in Milan Bar Association, and she has significant experience in administrative law litigation.
